Wicked Peacock was excited to provide accessories for a short video filmed by Boston fashion photographer Bob Packert earlier this month. With an occultist concept, the video plays with themes of innocence, raw beauty, pursuit of desire, corruption and savage sensuality.
Eye make-up for the girls was heavy, dark and shadowy, which made for interesting and sultry expressions. Jimmy’s eyes were heavily outlined in black liner which brought-out a villainous side.
Filming took place in a remote location just outside the town center of Milford, NH. The day was perfectly picturesque. Sites included pine trees, rock outcroppings, back roads, abandoned bridges, hawks, fields of flowers and a spectacular raging waterfall. On set for additional filming and still photography were Creative Director Bob Parsons and Mike Cevoli.
Silvana Costa of Wicked Peacock styled looks for the shoot based on the creative vision of Bob Packert, the video’s Director. The clothing, made from Viscose and leather, was highly textured, distressed and shredded, and well conveyed the vulnerability and tension present in the film. The clothes are part of a collection by Mass College of Art student Evan Michael with Evan Michael Industries.
Jewelry was made especially for the shoot by Boston-based designers Magdalena Stokalska and Silvana Costa, and featured skulls, petrified coral, deer antlers, birch bark, body chains, quartz crystals and porcupine quills.
